The table below gives you the complete range of apartments at Luxury Gold. This ready reckoner helps you choose your own home. Here’s a detailed guide to help you decide.

  1. Choose an apartment based on number of bedrooms.
  2. Find out how many apartments are available and which floors they are located at.
  3. To find out the geographical orientation of your chosen apartment refer to the Upohar site plan. To check the apartment layout refer to the Unit type in the Apartment Options & Floor Plans brochure. The nomenclature of the apartment are as follows, i.e. UPL 110201 means

  4. The Information Brochure indicates the facilities available on each floor…lifts, staircase, neighbouring flats, etc.
  5. The built-up area includes wall thickness on all sides except common walls. Common wall area is distributed evenly between the built-up area of adjoining apartments.
  6. Common areas and facilities (lift/staircase, lobby, servants toilet, lift machine room and other common built-up areas) are added up and distributed proportionately to each apartment. Covered area is the aggregate of the built-up area and percentage share of common area plus 1% for campus level infrastructure.
  7. An independent spare room has been provided to all the apartments, some of which may not be on the same floor. For exact location please refer to the floor plans.
  8. Car parking will be available at the ground and basement level.
