At the Upohar~Luxury, we offer you 13 types of apartments from its
3 towers in Phase I.

This ready reckoner helps you choose your own apartment.
Here is a detailed guide to help you make up your mind.

  1. Choose an apartment based on number of bedroom(s) required.
  2. Find out from the table below which group your apartment belongs to

    Group A for 2 bedroom apartment

    Group B for 3 bedroom apartment

    Group C for 4 & more bedroom apartment
     

  3. Find out from the table how many groups of apartment options are available.
  4. To check the apartment layout and size refer to the brochure.

The covered area of these 3 apartments are C 1202 - 1739 SQFT, E 1203 - 1974 SQFT and G* 1304 - 2299 SQFT.
