Handover of apartments

Apartments at Efficiency and Comfort complex at Upohar The Condoville were handed over from 25th July 2010. Till date nearly 400 allottees have taken possession.

Allottees have visited our handover office at Upohar site. They have been greeted and welcomed by tika and flowers. Then allottees were taken to their respective apartments. Then they were given the Possession. As a part of the handover activity we have also gifted customers some items as a token of gesture. The items are as per the attached list. We have also taken photograph of the allottees while handing over the items with the keys of the respective apartments. We will be handing this photographs to the allottees later on.

2. Membership card with 15% discount (valid for 1 year) from Neotia Mediplus with covering letter and leaflet of services
9. Hard copy of as built drawings (architectural drawing, plumbing and electrical drawing)
10. Canvas with sample and covering letter
11. Kiosk from Hometown and privilege card where allottees will get discount
12. Event management team will provide photographer to take picture of various events during handover activity and hostesses will be there to welcome allottees.
